LA- ILAHA ILLALLAH,
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
Whatever is in the Heavens and on earth let it declare the Praises and Glory of Allah, for He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise. To Him belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. It is He Who gives life and death; and He has power over all things. He is the First and the Last, the Evident and the Hidden; He has full knowledge of all things. He it is , who created the heavens and the earth in six days, and then He firmly established Himself on the Throne (of Authority). He knows what enters within the earth and what comes forth out of it, what comes down from heaven and mounts up to it. And he is with you wheresoever you may be. And Allah sees well all that you do. To Him belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and all affairs are referred back to Allah. He merges night into day, and He merges day into night; and He has full knowledge of the secrets of (all) hearts. (57;1-6)
Allah is He, other than Whom there is no god, who knows (all things) both secret and open; He , Most Gracious, Most Merciful. Allah is He, other than Whom there is no god, the Sovereign, the Holy One, the Source of Peace (and Perfection), the Guardian of Faith, the Preserver of Safety, the Exalted in Might, the Irresistible, the Supreme; Glory to Allah, (High is He) above the partners they attribute to Him. He is Allah, the Creator, the Originator, the Fashioner. To Him belongs the Most Beautiful Names, whatever is in the heavens and on earth, does declare His Praises and Glory, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise. ( 59;22-24)
MUHAMMAD UR RASOOL ALLAH.
Now has come unto you an Apostle from among yourselves. It grieves him that you should suffer; ardently anxious is he over you and to the believers he is most kind and merciful. (9;128)
And We have not sent you Mohammed (PBUH) but as a blessing for the whole universe.(21;107)
Verily your manners are of a very high degree (68;4)
You have indeed in the Apostle of Allah a beautiful pattern (of conduct) for anyone whose hope is in Allah and the final day and who engages much in the praise of Allah.(33;21)

Shower of Light is a product inspired by the spiritual and enlightening poetry of Hazrat Mohaddis Hazarvi.
Our aim was to convey the beauty and meaning behind such powerful words through a melodious channel. We truly feel that working on the poetry of this great Saint has developed our understanding of the Deen and brought us closer to the true message that our Blessed Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) brought to mankind. We pray that Allah (SWA) will accept our efforts. Ameen

Hazrat Peer Syed Mahmood Shah also known as Mohaddis Hazarvi was one of the great saints and scholars of the 20th century. He was born in the Holy month of Shaban 1293 AH (1872 AD) in Abbottobad, Pakistan
A descendant of the blessed prophet Mohammed (pbuh), from the 39th generation, his life was a prime example of the Islamic way of living.
Acquiring his knowledge of the Deen, Shariah and Spiritualism from his forefathers, he was renowned for his contribution to Islamic jurisprudence, Mysticism and thought. He attended various religious institutions all over the subcontinent in his quest to expand his knowledge of the divine law.
He was awarded the Khilafat and robe of honor in all the schools of Spiritualism; Qadri, Chishti, Nakshbandi and Soharwardi.
Founder of the Khilafat Movement, he urged the world’s muslim leaders to work towards the revival of Khilafat-e- Islamia. In the 1974 Islamic summit conference he proposed the 10 point agenda for the implementation of the divine governing law.
A prominent thinker and active role player in the Pakistan Movement he worked with Qaid –e-Aazam and other scholars to unite muslims in understanding the need for the creation of Pakistan.
He worked tirelessly, day and night through his preaching, writings and lectures to spread the Deen of Islam
Authoring over 1000 multilingual religious works, his writings had the uniqueness in offering illumination and guidance on how to achieve the path to righteousness. In his book Kalma Tul Itihad-Ul Jihad he proposed a comprehensive plan to the muslim world for the building of a healthy Islamic society that would include all aspects of social, economic and spiritual life. He also produced a popular translation of the Holy Quran called Dastoor –e- Haq.
He travelled many countries delivering lectures on Aloom-e-Deen, Shariah and Spiritualism and has thousands of followers worldwide.
His entire life and work reflect a true love and respect for the Blessed Prophet Mohammad (pbuh) and sincere devotion to Allah’s Deen.
His spirtual poetry has a revolutionary effect on the hearts of the reader and listener.
It offers guidance on how to focus one’s life towards the true path and is filled with love for Allah and his Blessed Prophet.
He left this earth on the 1st Rajab 1413 AH (1992 AD) at the remarkable age of 120 but his mission and vision-live on.

Peer Syed Moyhuddin Mehboob is the eldest son of Hazrat Peer Syed Mahmood Shah and has dedicated his life to continuing the mission of his forefathers.
He graduated from Punjab University with an Hon’s in Arabic and obtained a Masters in Islamiyat. He has also studied Dars-e- Nizami, Aloom-u-Deen and Shariah at Al-Azhar university in Egypt.
He was taught Kashf-ul-Majub,Aawaruf-ul-Maarif, Majma-Salat-ur-Rasul, Diwan-I-Ali, Fasus-ul-Hakim and Futuhat-E-Makya in the studies of Mysticism under the direction of his father.
Hazrat Syed Abdul Rauf Trustee of the Shrine of Hazrat Khwaja Moeen-Ul-Din Chishti Ajmeri appointed him the Khilafat of his Chishtia School of Mysticism
He has travelled much to preach the Deen including Europe, Africa and the Middle East and is the author of a number of notable works including Irfan-e-Deen Haq, Taruf-ul-Tajveed, Misbah-ud-Din, Taleem-o-Tehseen-e-Bandagi,Umda-tul-Wazaif and a translation of Jamia-us-Shageer.
His book Irfan-e-Deen Haq, is a collection of answers to questions posed to him at an International Summit in Germany. The book has gained worldwide popularity.
The government of Pakistan expressed their appreciation of this work by including his name in the Biographical Encyclopaedia of Pakistan.
He established the Mahmoodia Qadria Education Welfare Trust and the Mahboob public school where disciplines like Islamic studies and Shariah are taught along side Science and Computing and free education is offered to the poor.
He is a true and worthy successor of his great ancestors. May Allah keep this flower from the garden of Mohaddis Hazarvi ever flourishing. Ameen
